The Reishi or Lingzhi mushroom is well known for its immune supporting capabilities. In ancient China it was referred to as the mushroom of immortality and eaten exclusively by royalty due to it rarity. Medicinal use of Reishi dates back over 4,000 years.

Our non-GMO Red Reishi (Lingzhi) Mushroom Extract Powder is a 30% extract (10:1 ratio) meaning each serving contains a 30% concentration of polysaccharides.

Chinese and Japanese herbalists have traditionally recommended Reishi mushrooms for supporting healthy sleep patterns. Long-term use influences their sleep-promoting factors as it increases slow-wave sleep. Other studies report that Red Reishi may support both neurological and mental well being.
